- Google's employees view from the perspective of a consumer when focusing on their product.
- The company provides napping pods, a gym, entertainment areas, and much more- these reflect the value of leisure in the workplace. They also reflect the dependence on technology because the layout of the office provides sharing of ideas and how to continually improve rather than singular tasks based on title.
-Decisions are made by all, not only executives assigning tasks.
